Many of you have noticed some boxes that have appeared in areas on the main page and elsewhere.........yes the GLCF is gearing up to introduce advertising to the forum.

Under no circumstances do the admins and/or site owners wish to make this a personally profitable venture...rather we are looking at ways to make the forum self sustaining....meaning the forum pays for itself by raising the necessary $$$ to pay for such things as the server and domain name.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite any field or shop owners to submit via email or message your wish to retain an advertising spot on this forum. Spots will be on a first come first serve basis. Advertisers are not be be misconstrued
as businesses that are "GLCF" endorsed, nor will advertisers have any say as to how the GLCF is operated.

Any excess funds raised through this venture WILL be turned over to profit this membership whether it be in the way of monthly prize giveaways or possibly making a scenario game cheaper by submitting funds to a field owner to in turn discount GLCF membership in attendance, being a few of the ideas on the table.

Council recognizes the need for transparency and will take steps to ensure that any and all funds raised through advertising and other means available info to this membership.
